Excellent hotel located in a calm area just next door to the bus station, and Dong Ha on a whim. Budget room with AC, good shower, the bathroom, cold drinks in the on-site bar. Gorgeous breakfast — a huge variety of meals.

I got upgraded to a nice double room with AC, but it was a budget one. the breakfast here was really good, and they were very flexible with the check-in process 😊.

Our room had all the essentials - a nice flat-screen TV with plenty of channels, a handy fridge, and easy climate control. 📺 Also, the fact that they offered to pick us up at 5 am right from the city center was super convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Hoa Phuong Guesthouse in Dong Ha. The hosts were excellent and the facilities were spotlessly clean. The meals were delicious and reasonably priced. The hosts even helped us rent a motorbike and went above and beyond to assist us with transportation. Their children spoke English fluently and were a great help. We highly recommend this guesthouse for its hospitality and comfortable rooms.

Great location - right in the heart of the city. We were surrounded by awesome vegan restaurants, stumbled upon a cute little place just next door 🌱, and the city center was just a stone's throw away!

During our Christmas stay, we found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to help and made us feel at home. The room was spacious and clean, with good working air conditioning and a small fridge. We also enjoyed the good shower, which had warm water. The location was convenient, especially if you have a motorcycle, allowing easy access to nearby attractions.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The shower room had a slight smell that we had to use an air freshener to mask.

We had to stay here for 2 days because of the torrential rain. The family that runs the guesthouse is adorable, and the young boys were great translators. The home-cooked meals and snack cabinet were a lifesaver during the rainy days. a very welcoming and comfortable place to stay if visiting Phang Nha or the local DMZ or tunnels.

I stayed at this guesthouse and got great value for my money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff, especially the children who spoke fantastic English, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

my recent stay in dong ha was great but my stay at a different guesthouse couldn't compare to hoa phuong. the family at hoa phuong was incredibly kind and helpful, and the clean and spacious room with mosquito net was a bonus. the hot water and option to buy food made our stay even more convenient.

loved the warm and welcoming family vibe at the guesthouse in Dong Ha! The kids spoke great English and made us feel right at home. Delicious homemade dinner and comfy room made our stay extra special. Already planning our next visit!
